Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Keptt app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Keptt.
• You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you share.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and videos you share. By adding them to an event you give that event's members the ability to view them (and save them, where the event allows it) within Keptt.
• Only share content you have the right to share, and be mindful that photos of other people affect their privacy too.
• Event hosts and admins may remove content from their events and may enable settings such as upload approval, on-site-only uploads, or member limits.

Unacceptable content and behaviour

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. That includes (without limitation): nudity or sexual content involving minors, harassment or bullying, hate speech, graphic violence, illegal activity, spam, and impersonation. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Reporting and blocking

Every photo can be reported in-app and every member can be blocked. Reports are reviewed promptly — typically within 24 hours — and offending content is removed and repeat offenders ejected.

The service

• Keptt is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for loss of content — keep your own copies of moments that matter.
• We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
